1. Enrollment Fee Refund
Refund requests for the ₹9,999 fee are considered only if:
- The learner completes all projects and tasks
- Has not received any interview opportunities within the post-program support period
- Actively participated in placement activities
2. Refund Process
- Email refund requests to support@qolabra.com
- Processing time is 7–10 business days after eligibility verification
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not provided if:
- The learner voluntarily discontinues the program
- Assignments or projects are incomplete
- The learner declines relevant job opportunities
4. Installment Terms Post-Placement
Once employed, the remaining fee is payable through monthly installments as agreed during enrollment.
